Job description
We are looking for a civil engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Unterwellenborn. This is a position in the day shift and is to be filled on a full-time basis with immediate effect. Remuneration is based on the collective agreement. Place of work: Kronacher Straße 6, 07333 Unterwellenborn.
- Collaboration and/or management of projects for the modernization or renewal of steel production plants and the operational environment
- Support, coordination and independent planning, tendering, construction and surveying of structural engineering projects
- Creation of technical concepts for new construction or modernization measures of buildings, offices, roads or other structural engineering facilities
- Documentation and creation of technical documents
- Acceptance of external services and verification of quantity surveys
- Close cooperation with internal and external project partners
- Preparation of rough cost estimates for construction projects as input for budget planning

Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering or state-certified technician or comparable
- Experience in the planning and execution of technical projects (buildings and offices, machine foundations, road construction, etc.)
- Knowledge of the technical regulations in the field of construction (e.g. Thuringian Building Code, Construction Site Ordinance, Waste Ordinance, VOB, HOAI)
- High level of commitment and decisiveness, independent thinking and working methods
- Good time management with constant attention to occupational safety
- High level of initiative, strong communication and teamwork skills
