Job description
We are looking for a Sales employee for Germany and Switzerland (m/f/d) for our Unterwellenborn location. The position is full-time and available immediately. Remuneration is based on the collective agreement. Workplace: Kronacher Straße 6, 07333 Unterwellenborn.
- Responsible, commercial support of customers in the regional sales area of Germany/Switzerland
- Independent management of sales negotiations and maintenance of existing and new customer contacts
- Independent decision-making on booking conditions with regard to price, quantity and delivery time, as well as commercial support of complaints in the sales area within the framework of the guidelines issued by the Sales/Logistics management
- Organization of the sale of remnant stock for Germany
- Intensive customer- and target-oriented market development as well as continuous market monitoring and analysis
- Processing inquiries, preparing quotations and tracking projects
- Operational implementation of product management guidelines in the sales area
- Workplace Unterwellenborn with regular travel to customer visits, customer events and trade fairs

Your profile
- Completed commercial training or university degree
- Several years of professional experience in sales - preferably in the steel industry and/or in technical sales of a manufacturing company
- Distinct communication and teamwork skills as well as customer orientation and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of transport and logistics processes
- Assertiveness and persuasiveness as well as independent and systematic working methods
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, experience with SAP modules is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Driving license class B
