Job description
We are looking for a Shipping Dispatcher Specialist (m/f/d) for our Unterwellenborn location. The position is full-time and available immediately. Remuneration is based on the collective agreement. Place of work: Kronacher Straße 6, 07333 Unterwellenborn.
- Sorting and control of loading orders
- Independent organization and execution of loading planning in the SAP system
- Organization of loading or storage of prefabricated structural steel packages
- Monitoring of loading including compliance with transport regulations
- Completion of loadable items
- Ensuring compliance with quality parameters and contract fulfillment
- Initiation of all necessary measures in case of malfunctions
- Documentation (e.g. creation of loading slips, billing of loading services)

- Successfully completed training, ideally as a specialist in warehouse logistics or in similar professions
- Knowledge of railway processes and wagon types
- Computer skills, confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Basic knowledge of load securing
- Good comprehension and technical understanding, careful and precise way of working
